FieldForge may be used only for lawful field service business operations. You agree not to use the service to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unsolicited communications, to infringe the rights of others, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, or to interfere with the integrity or performance of the service. You are responsible for ensuring that any customer contact information and messaging you process through FieldForge complies with applicable laws and consent requirements.

Account and Workspace Responsibility

Access to FieldForge is managed by the business that operates each workspace. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, for the activity that occurs under your account, and for ensuring that users in your workspace are authorized and assigned appropriate roles. Notify your workspace administrator promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to FieldForge, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis. Availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, third-party provider dependencies, or events outside our reasonable control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

Payment and Billing Terms

Paid subscriptions and usage-based charges are billed according to the plan and terms agreed with your operating business. Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise stated, are non-refundable except where required by law, and may be subject to applicable taxes. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers, and you authorize the applicable charges for the services you use.

Limitation and Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldForge is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from or related to your use of the service.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated, if required to protect the service or other users, or upon ending of the underlying subscription. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, and data handling follows the retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.
