Information We Collect

FieldForge is a field service management platform used by businesses to run jobs, scheduling, dispatch, estimates, invoicing, and customer communications. We collect information your company provides or generates while using the service, including account and workspace details, user names and work emails, customer contact records (such as names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses), job and appointment records, billing and payment metadata, and operational activity logs. We also collect basic technical information needed to operate the service securely, such as device and browser data and authentication session information.

Use of Phone Numbers for Service Communications

Phone numbers stored in FieldForge are used to deliver service-related communications on behalf of the business operating the workspace. This includes appointment confirmations, technician arrival and ETA updates, job status, invoice and payment notifications, and account-related messages. Where text messaging (SMS) is enabled, messages are sent only for these service purposes. See our SMS Terms for messaging-specific details, including opt-out instructions.

No Sale or Marketing Sharing of Mobile Information

We do not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information, and we do not share mobile contact information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to provide the FieldForge service and the service communications described above.

Service Providers and Processors

We rely on a limited set of trusted infrastructure and service providers to operate FieldForge, such as cloud hosting and database providers, payment processing providers, and communications providers used to deliver email and text messages. These providers process information only as needed to perform services for us and are expected to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security protections.

Security and Retention

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss, including access controls, workspace-level data separation, and encrypted transport. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service to the operating business and to meet legal, accounting, and operational requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable retention practices.
