Service-Related Texts Only
When text messaging is enabled, FieldForge is used by the operating business to send service-related text messages only. We do not use these messages for unrelated promotional or third-party marketing campaigns.
Types of Messages
Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival and ETA updates, job status updates, invoice and payment notifications, and account-related messages tied to the service you receive from the business.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your jobs, appointments, and account activity. There is no fixed number of messages per period.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any charges your carrier applies to receiving text messages.
Opt Out — Reply STOP
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will no longer receive service text messages, though you may still receive service updates through other channels such as email or phone.
Help — Reply HELP
For help with text messages, reply HELP to any message, or contact the business operating your workspace using the support details they provided.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier and network conditions outside our control.
